Billing

Annual billing is $500 per year, which works out to $41.67 a month. You save $100 compared with paying monthly.

Core Workspace

There are no add-on modules and no seat fees. Hide the pages your team does not use from workspace settings.

Routing Estimate

0 routing runs estimated per month at 22 workdays. Runs are billed by use: $0.06 each for the first 1,000 runs in a month, $0.05 each to 5,000, and $0.04 each beyond that. Trial accounts include a $5 routing allowance.

Email Campaigns

One send is one campaign email accepted for one recipient. $3 per 1,000 sends up to 50,000 a month, $2.50 per 1,000 to 100,000, and $2 per 1,000 beyond that. Trial accounts include a $5 email allowance.

Document Storage

10 GB is included. Storage above that is $0.08 per GB per month, prorated by how long the files are stored.

Is Anything Sold Separately?

No. Every module ships with every workspace. You pay for usage only when the business actually runs routes, sends campaign email, or stores more than 10 GB of documents.

Do You Charge per User?

No. Invite office staff, field staff, contractors, and outside advisors. Owners control what each person can see and do.

What Does the 30-Day Trial Include?

The whole workspace, no credit card required. Routing runs and email sends carry a $5 allowance during the trial so you can test them with real work. You can start a paid plan at any time without interrupting access.

How Do Online Payments Work?

Connect Stripe to accept card payments on invoices. You pay Stripe's processing fees and OdinCore adds no markup.

Can I Change My Mind?

Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel at renewal, from the billing page inside the workspace.

What Happens When Usage Grows?

Rates get cheaper with volume. Routing runs drop from $0.06 to $0.04 and email sends drop from $3 to $2 per 1,000 as monthly use passes each tier.
