How Much Does OdinCore Cost?
One subscription is $50 per month or $500 per year and includes every module: CRM, Leads, Jobs, Estimates, Invoicing, Routing, Email Campaigns, Business Intel, Automations, and Integrations. Unlimited users. Usage is billed only for routing runs, email sends, and storage above 10 GB.

Does the 30-Day Trial Require a Credit Card?
No. The trial lasts 30 days and does not require a credit card. Every module is available, and routing runs and email sends carry a $5 usage allowance so businesses can test them with real work before subscribing.
Can I Invite My Whole Staff?
Yes. OdinCore does not charge per-user seat fees. Owners manage access permissions for staff and approved outside professionals such as tax advisors, agencies, or business coaches.
How Do Invoices and Online Payments Work?
Invoice creation is included. Connect Stripe to accept online payments. You pay Stripe's processing fees and OdinCore adds no markup.
How Is Routing Priced?
The Routing workspace is included. Optimization runs are billed by use: $0.06 per run for the first 1,000 runs each month, $0.05 per run to 5,000, and $0.04 per run beyond that. Trial accounts include a $5 routing allowance.
How Are Email, Storage, and Integrations Handled?
Email Campaigns bills by accepted send: $3 per 1,000 up to 50,000 sends a month, $2.50 per 1,000 to 100,000, and $2 per 1,000 beyond that. Storage includes 10 GB, then $0.08 per GB per month. Stripe is available for online payments. Supported Zapier paths vary by module and account setup; SMS is not currently advertised as an available feature.
How Does OdinCore Provide Support?
Email is the primary support channel. Additional support guides and videos are in development. OdinCore is currently focused on US businesses.
