FAQ

Practical questions before you put OdinCore in the business.

Straight answers about access, pricing, modules, integrations, demos, and what OdinCore helps keep together.

What is OdinCore?

OdinCore is a smarter business multitool for service operators and client-service teams managing customers, leads, projects, jobs, money, files, Basic Operations, and Data Imports. It is built for businesses tired of keeping the work in too many places.

Is OdinCore available today?

OdinCore is moving through beta and presale. Beta access is reviewed for fit, presale reservations are open, and teams that are not ready for beta can join updates or be considered for a trial path.

Do I pay today to reserve a presale spot?

No. Reserving a presale spot does not charge you today. It holds your place for the first paid year offer after beta.

How does the presale discount work?

Presale reservations receive 50% off the first paid year after beta. The current presale is limited to 100 spots.

What does Core cost?

Core starts at $10/month or $100/year. Core includes CRM records, people, businesses, contacts, addresses, customers, notes, tasks, staff, permissions, internal chat, calendar, services, Basic Operations, Data Imports, 10GB document storage, dashboard, Business Intel, business profile controls, account basics, and notifications.

Does OdinCore charge per user?

No. OdinCore does not use per-seat pricing. Pricing is based on Core, live add-ons, included tools, and clearly marked future product areas, so the right people can access the work without another seat bill.

How does OdinCore pricing work?

Start with Core Workspace at $10/mo. Add live modules only when the business needs them. Basic Operations, estimates, Data Imports, services, calendar, chat, and basic invoicing are included with Core. Invoicing Pro is optional, Routing pricing is estimated during limited access, Email Campaigns uses send-based pricing, Automations and Zapier paths are included where supported, and future items are marked clearly.

Which modules can we add?

Teams can add Leads, Projects, and Jobs today. Basic Operations, estimates, Data Imports, services, calendar, chat, and basic invoicing are included with Core. Invoicing Pro is optional, Integrations are included where supported, Routing is in limited access, Email Campaigns Builder is live with send-based pricing, Automations and Zapier paths are coming soon/included where supported, and Advanced Operations, Reports, Taxes, and Settings are planned.

Can OdinCore replace tools like Jobber, Contractor Foreman, HubSpot, monday.com, or ClickUp?

For the right service business, yes. OdinCore makes sense when customer history, work records, files, money, follow-up, schedules, and reporting are being carried in too many places. A vertical specialist can still make sense when one narrow workflow matters more than a shared business base.

What happens if beta is full?

If beta is full or your team is better suited for launch, you can still reserve presale access, request updates, or ask to be considered for a trial path.

Do connected tools cost extra?

Integrations are included where OdinCore supports the connection. Users can connect their own Zapier account where supported, and Zapier plans, tasks, apps, and usage are billed by Zapier separately. Other connected third-party tools may also require their own account, subscription, usage fee, or processing fee.

How do integrations work?

Integrations are included where OdinCore supports the connection path. Availability varies by beta stage, module readiness, account setup, Zapier app availability, and the third-party service.

How are files and business records handled?

Core includes documents and record context so files stay near the work they support. Data Imports supports spreadsheet upload, field mapping, pending row review, and permission-aware import paths in beta. Teams with import planning, cleanup, or export questions can raise those during beta, presale, or demo request review.

How do demo requests work?

Demo requests are reviewed based on availability and fit. If a guided walkthrough is the right next step, the team can follow up with timing and what to prepare.

What does custom-software care mean in OdinCore?

It means OdinCore should feel closer to custom software without making every company start from scratch. Beta feedback helps us find where the product should be clearer, easier to use, or better connected.
