Presale reservations receive 50% off the first paid year after beta.

FAQ

Practical questions before you put OdinCore in the business.

Straight answers about access, pricing, modules, integrations, demos, and what OdinCore is built to organize.

What is OdinCore?

OdinCore is a modular business workspace for leads, jobs, finance, documents, operations, automations, reporting, and roadmap-backed projects. It is built for teams that are tired of rebuilding the same customer and work story across separate tools.

Is OdinCore available today?

OdinCore is moving through beta and presale. Beta access is reviewed for fit, presale reservations are open, and teams that are not ready for beta can join the trial or update path.

Do I pay today to reserve a presale spot?

No. Reserving a presale spot does not charge you today. It holds your place for the first paid year offer after beta.

How does the presale discount work?

Presale reservations receive 50% off the first paid year after beta. The current presale is limited to 100 spots.

What does Core cost?

Core starts at $10/month or $100/year. Core is the required foundation and includes the shared workspace, records, dashboard, documents, search, notifications, permissions, saved views, reports, alerts, and Intelligence.

Does OdinCore charge per user?

No. OdinCore does not use per-person pricing. Pricing is based on Core, add-on modules, and recommended builds, so visibility can reach the people who need context.

Which modules can we add?

Teams can add Leads, Jobs, Finance, Operations, and Automations, with Projects on the roadmap as coming soon. Recommended builds bundle common workflows such as Pipeline, Builder, Field, Operator, and Full Operations.

Can OdinCore replace tools like Jobber, Contractor Foreman, HubSpot, monday.com, or ClickUp?

For the right team, yes. OdinCore makes sense when customer history, work records, files, money, follow-up, and reporting are being carried in too many places. A vertical specialist can still make sense when one narrow workflow matters more than a shared operating base.

What happens if beta is full?

If beta is full or your team is better suited for launch, you can still reserve presale access, request updates, or be added to the 30-day trial path.

Do users need a paid Zapier account?

No separate paid Zapier subscription is needed for eligible sponsored usage. Users may still need to create or connect a Zapier account to authorize app connections.

What integrations are planned?

OdinCore is positioned around Stripe, Plaid, Zapier, QuickBooks, and Google paths. Integration availability can vary by beta stage and module readiness.

How are files and business records handled?

Core includes documents and record context so files stay near the work they support. Teams with migration, import, or export needs should raise that during beta, presale, or demo request review.

How do demo requests work?

Demo requests are reviewed based on availability and workflow fit. If a guided walkthrough is the right next step, the team will follow up with timing and what to prepare.

What does custom-software care mean in OdinCore?

It means OdinCore is built to respect real business workflows without making every company start from scratch. Beta feedback helps us find where the platform should be clearer, lighter to use, or better connected.
